  • Firms that provide technical, marketing and analytical services to aid Quick Start Claims Limited which may Include but are not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Bing and Google Analytics

How long do we keep your personal data?

We will process personal data during the duration of any contract and will continue to store only the personal data needed for at least one year after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. After six years any personal data not needed will be deleted.

IP addresses

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system, and browser type, for system administration. This statistical data about our users browsing actions and patterns does not identify any individuals.

This information may help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service.

*All our partners operate on a completely ‘no win no fee’ basis, with no ‘up-front’ cost. This means if the claim is unsuccessful, you won’t be charged any fees. Please note if you decide to cancel the agreement after the 14 day cooling off period then you may be charged a cancellation fee.
